Hi again,I'm Shaine Berdida

I am currently a Fresh Graduate at Negros Oriental State University,. I got interested in computers and programming during highschool since I was an avid visitor of my local computer shop. This paved the way for me to be inspired and fascinated with everything related to technology.

Upon entering college I took up a degree of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology which allowed me to gain a much deeper understanding about programming and solidified my basic knowledge. I learned the importance of HTML, CSS and Javascript which helped me in comprehending much more advance topics.

During my Senior Year in College, I was able to further improve my knowledge in programming being able to utilized frameworks such as React JS and other technology like Electron JS, React Native, Express,NodeJs ,Mogodb etc. As a final projects in my senior year I developed a Enhanced Library Management System which utilized QR Code technology, this was developed using React JS and Electron. Furthermore, I also building Android Based Mapping Application which allowed students in the campus to be able to easily find there way, this was built using React Native. I want to further improve my knowledge in programming especially in webdevelopment and I'm eager to accept any opoturnity that will be given to me.

4th Year BSIT

In my last year as a BSIT student at NORSU, I manage to get the presedential award and proficiency in web development. I aspire to be a full stack developer or front end developer, and I am eager to improve my skills even further , while exploring new things in the world of technology.

2023-2024

3rd Year BSIT

This was the most hectic year for me since I had to juggle multiple subjects at once. Through this I was able to learn, how to properly manage my time and it helped improve my critical thinking skills. Through this I was able to pass all my coding projects ahead of time.

2022-2023

2nd Year BSIT

I was able to learn the fundamentals of programming during this time such as loops,arrays,object oriented programming and also what is a programming in general. Aside from this , I began to explore more about different programming languages and slowly learning on my own.

2021-2022

1st Year BSIT

As a freshman at NORSU taking up BSIT, It was a new and frightening experience especially with the online set due to covid. I was forced to adapt and learn new perspectives about programming, networking and database design. This helped me solidify my foundation and inspired me to perceiver in this degree.

2020-2021

Grade 12 ICT

I graduated with honors from Bayawan National HighSchool Senior High Department after completing Grade 12 TVL ICT, I focused on expanding my knowledge on technology and what are different paths that i can take in this field. Although, I was leanning towards web development since I was always curious on how web pages function.

Enhanced Library Management System

It is a desktop application designed to make the overall process in the Library much more easier. It utilizes react ecosystem for building the UI and is builth on top of Electron JS. This finished project was developed within two months, resulting in positive feedback from the library staff and IT instructors.

The main objective of this system to lessen the time needed for students to login in the library and aid the library staff in there day to day task.

4th Year Capstone Project 2

Android Based Mapping System

This is an android application that is intended to help students in navigating around the campus. The system is builth using React Native and has adapted the google api for the navigating aspect of the system. This finished application has been developed in a span of 2 months which resulted in high favorabilty amount the respondents.

The main goal of this application is to be able to assist new students in navigating around the campus without experiencing any difficulties in locating a specific location in the campus.

A classic game where you are able to write in etachap pad and enjoy writing anything to your hearts content.

This is a weather app application that is able to check the state of weather within the week by utilizing a weather api in order gather accurate and updated information.

Task Bee

Task Bee is a todo app that uses a unique ui and is able to take down notes for the user. The application caters to all the common features of any todo app but is builth with a more unique ui and state management process compared to simple todo apps.

Realstate DemoWebsite

This is a frontend realstate website that is focused only on the design aspects to ensure that users visiting this website will have an enjoyable experience. This is a static website that is intended for UI and UX experience.

Drum App

This is a drum application that allow users to be able to play certain instruments. The application was built using javascript and provides a fun experience for users who enjoy instruments.

Solarsystem CSS

This is a solarsystem website that is builth purely using css and html. All the animation used in the site is accomplished with vanila css. In order to provide the illusion of a solar system.
